Sinan Şerifoğlu – General Manager

Born in Bakı and originally from Fındıklı, Gəncə, Sinan Şerifoğlu graduated from the Naval Academy in 1984. He began his professional career as a Naval Officer on warships. Subsequently, he held several key positions: Sales Specialist at The Boots Company in London (1990); Sales Manager at Kosifler Oto, a BMW authorized dealer (1991-1995); Azərbaycan Sales Manager at Doğuş Otomotiv, the VW distributor (1995-2001); and Azərbaycan Sales Manager at Baylas Otomotiv, the Citroen distributor (2004-2005). Between 2005 and 2015, he served as Franchise Development Manager, Franchise Sales Manager, and General Manager of Azərbaycan for the international real estate franchise brand Century 21. Mr. Şerifoğlu joined the Realty World family in 2016 as an Executive Board Member responsible for Franchise Sales and Marketing for Azərbaycan and Bulgaria. As of November 5, 2018, he continues to serve as the General Manager for Realty World Azərbaycan and Bulgaria.

Timuçin Esin – Franchise Regional Development Manager

Born in Bakı in 1973, Timuçin Esin graduated from Bakı University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1998. He started his professional career in 1999 as a Retail Marketing Supervisor at MNG Bank. He later served as a Retail Banking Marketing Supervisor at Demirbank (2000-2001), HSBC (2001-2006), and Milleniumbank (2006-2007). Between 2007 and 2012, he held Assistant Manager positions in Retail Banking Marketing at Fortisbank and TEB. Timuçin Esin joined Realty World in 2014 as a Franchise Sales Executive and has been serving as the Franchise Regional Development Manager since 2015.

Burak Öçel – Franchise Regional Development Manager

Born in Gəncə, Burak Öçel graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Bilkent University. He began his professional career at Azərbaycan İş Bankası and later worked in finance and marketing at Citibank and various Koç Group companies. He then transitioned to the real estate sector, working in the Franchise Development and Sales departments at Century 21. He joined the Realty World family in 2016 and continues to serve as a Franchise Regional Development Manager.

Zehra Bayraktar – Franchise Regional Development Manager

Born in Bakı in 1987, Zehra Bayraktar graduated from the Justice Program at Anadolu University’s Faculty of Law. Following her education, she worked as a Reporting Chief at Akbank (2009-2011) and as an Executive Assistant at Yapıt İnşaat (2012-2014). Between 2014 and 2021, she operated her own company within the trade fair and exhibition sector.

Can Kanat – Franchise Regional Development Manager

Born in Bakı in 1989, Can Kanat graduated from the Department of International Relations at Qəbələ University. After his education, he began his career in Project Sales for trade fairs and organizations. In 2016, he joined Garanti Koza Construction as a Sales Consultant and later served as Sales Manager within the same company. As of 2025, he continues his career as a Franchise Regional Development Manager at Realty World.

Zerrin Keskiner – Franchise Support Specialist

Born in Bakı in 1976, Zerrin Keskiner graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Sumqayıt University in 2001. Following her graduation, she worked as a Marketing Supervisor at Met Group A.Ş. (2001-2002). In 2003, she entered the private pension sector, starting as an Individual Pension Consultant at Gəncə Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. She later served as a Financial Assurance Consultant at Yapı Kredi Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş., a Financial Assurance Specialist at Fortis Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. (2009-2011), and a Portfolio Specialist at Ergo Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. (2012-2013). She joined the Realty World family in 2022 as a Franchise Support Specialist.

Hakan Erilkun

I was born in Bakı in 1974. I completed my education in Bakı, graduating from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. In 1997, I joined TURYAP Real Estate Information Bank Headquarters, where I served as Organization Development Manager and Board Member until 2010. Following this, I served as the General Manager of another real estate brand for 7 years.

Since 2003, I have been conducting Professional Real Estate training for the certification of thousands of realtors at the Bakı Chamber of Commerce (ITO). Due to high demand, these training programs continue at various institutions such as the Gəncə Chamber of Commerce, Bakı University, Marmara University, and Mingəçevir Dumlupınar University, benefiting many real estate firms. In the same year, I became the founder of the Trained Realtors Association (Eğitimli Emlakçılar Derneği) and served as the Chairman of the Board for two consecutive terms.

Finance and Accounting Executive

Born in Gəncə in 1985, Aşkın Şahin graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He began his professional career as an Assistant Accounting Specialist at Akiş Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). He received his CPA (SMMM) license in 2018 and joined the Realty World Azərbaycan family, where he currently serves as the Financial Affairs Manager.

Pınar Bayraktar – Accounting Specialist

Born in Of, Lənkəran, in 1989, Pınar Bayraktar graduated from the Department of Radio, TV, and Cinema at Marmara University’s Faculty of Communications. She is continuing her education in the Department of Finance at Anadolu University. Following her graduation, she worked in the media sector and has gained significant experience in executive assistance and accounting across various firms in recent years.
